Maintenance & Repair
Maintenance of manual locks (with the exception of core issues) is managed through SSC Services. They are the first responders. If SSC determines the situation requires our assistance they will notify us directly.
If the issue is related to the core, Building Access will respond. Building Access has 24-hour coverage via an on-call technician.
Keyless Entry Hardware
Building Access is responsible for any keyless entry hardware repair and service. Building Access has 24-hour coverage via an on-call technician.
Any software or programming issues should be directed to IT-Telecommunications by contacting keyless@tamu.edu.

Digital Lock Hardware
